INDIVIDUAL SERVICES

THEME CONSULTING
This includes a personalised consultation aimed at providing you with the recommended design concepts and essential tools to expertly theme your upcoming event.

An initial meeting aims to assess your needs, wants and budget, and allows for a creative brainstorming session.

Subsequently, we will prepare a Design Proposal based on your brief. The Design Proposal will detail the recommended venues, stationary, entertainment, catering, props, floral design, decorations, dress code and guest give-aways required to create a fully integrated theme.

SOURCING
As part of the Sourcing service, it is our responsibility to source rare and distinct materials to assist in executing the desired effect for your upcoming event.

An initial meeting aims to establish your needs, wants and budget. We will then take advantage of our experience and industry networks to source exclusive materials at a highly competitive rate, therefore providing you with the added benefit of time and money saving.

Finally, samples and a ‘mock’ table arrangement will be provided to ensure we arrive at the perfect expression of you.

SET-UP
As part of this service, we will take full responsibility for the application of all the various elements in preparation for the event (linen, flowers, props, table-settings, name-tags etc).

This consists of us initially coordinating all delivery times and being available on-site to collaborate and monitor the various elements being brought together.

It is our responsibility to monitor the progress of external suppliers and together with the venue, ensure there is sufficient hands-on-deck to get the job finished in time.

PACK-UP
As part of this service, it is our responsibility for the pack-up and return of all hired materials. It is our job to ensure that all goods are removed from the premises upon the venues request and returned to the suppliers by the due date.

As part of the Pack-up service, To Embellish also offers you a complimentary return service for any personal items belonging to you which may have been left behind.

THE CONTEMPORARY DESIGNER
The Contemporary Designer package has been designed to provide absolute peace of mind and ongoing assistance and inspiration to you leading up to the event. Comprising of all the individual services; Theme Consulting, Sourcing, Set-up and Pack-up, this comprehensive package offers you an all-inclusive theming solution.

THE CLASSIC DESIGNER
The Classic Designer package is recommended for clients seeking direction and inspiration to source and decorate privately. This package includes Theme Consultation and a comprehensive list of recommended suppliers to empower clients to confidently carry out their own sourcing and set-up.
